Thank you for sharing your journey. I am very inspired. I ran my first 24km (with 6months training because i sucked at running. My spleen would blow in pain after 1km. But i decided to go beyond this pain limitations. This type of videos inspired me i can also do it, do not quit. Respect man !! For you and your wife. She is soo supportive! It is vital.
