he is an evil and temple is a holy place. that temple has idols of 4 heaven kings the protector of universe, Buddhism and human realm. The Demon is also affraid of them. in Buddhism mythology there are 2 kind of demon like human there are good and bad demon. good demon is also life happly under 4 kings protection. but bad demon always make a trouble with heaven or any realm. . evil ryu or oni was waiting for strong opponent, that is you. the champion who is worthy enough to challenge him. the good place to fight against you off course the holly heaven temple in order to show off at heaven how powerful he is.

In arcade mode or story mode in fighting games, it's basically tests to see how worthy are we to face the final challenge. If you don't understand, I mean that Arcade mode in fighting games are challenges given by the developers.

I have a theory, but before I tell you,I need to leave a message first . NOTE:in case anyone reads this Please pay attention to the comment,when you read it,just a little reminder for ignorant shits like instantkill. For super street fighter 4 i know evil ryu is obviously a what if version of the normal one. But it was always a headcanon of mine that evil ryu(ultra sf 4 version) and the good ryu were actually different seperate characters, evil ryu was actually a young gouki,and that we were really seeing how akuma gave into to satsui no hado,the whole time. P.S in street fighter 4 ultra we are seeing akuma's past being shown through an evil interpretation of ryu. The what if oni character is what gouki is to become in the future,in an unknown timeline likely after the events of sf3. The ryu,the one with the white karate gear,student of gouken and friend to ken masters,is a different Character,seperate from the satsui no hado version. Basically what I'm trying to say is that we were seeing two seperate timelines of who we thought was one character . from two seperate time periods the whole time evil ryu in super street fighter 4 was actually gouki,in his youth,and we were fooled into thinking he was an evil version of ryu. I know that you're going to say that that's retarded or dumb so don't bother replying,if you're going to talk shit.. And before you say what about asura's wrath,that game was non canon,meaning it never officially happened in the main street fighter storyline,akuma never went oni and ryu never went dark mode,because it's established in the main canon that if those two characters became their ultimate counterparts they would be stuck like that forever. And don't bring up non canon sources like udon comics or mangas. Oni never fought ryu. And it's a fact that in canon that ryu fully rid himself away of the no hado for good by the time of sf3,anyway like i said in my theory. The evil ryu in street fighter 4 and ryu who is the main character in all street fighter games are seperate characters from different eras. The hypothetical evil ryu in reality is actually young gouki in the past,and ryu the student of master gouken,friend of ken and the man who scared sagat,is a different person entirely in the present day era. Feel free to tell me what you think AND I'M NOT SAYING AKUMA IS ACTUALLY RYU,I,M. SAYING THAT IN SUPER STREET FIGHTER 4 WE WERE ACTUALLY SEEING AKUMA'S PAST WITH EVIL RYU BEING USED AS GOUKI'S INTERPRETATION,Ever notice how only the super street fighter 4 version of evil ryu looks like gouki,dark skin,red hair,all that is missing is the prayer beeds.

if i was crapcom i would programmed the evil ryu ai like sako to do this combo : cr.mp, (1f link) st.hp cancel into mk.axe kick, (1f link) cr.mp cancel into lk.tatsumaki, hp.shoryuken FADC ultra. without him dropped that combo even one.

Akuma: Can’t lose a round and need a perfect Evil Ryu: Can’t lose a round, need to get a perfect and you need to kill Seth with and Ultra or Super Combo Gouken: Can’t lose a round, need a perfect and need to have at least 5 Super or Ultra Combo kills and 10 first attacks? (Idk if its 5 or 10) Oni: Can’t lose a round, need at least TWO perfects, need at least 5 Ultra and Super combo finishers and need to kill Seth with an Ultra or Super combo and 10 first attacks

Uau! That sounds pretty difficult,I already had enough to pass arcade the 1st time in normal, in SuperHard I do not know how I will do it,and..oni,it's the same? Because i tried a lot of times but in super easy,fulfilling the requirements and always leaves me gouken.

I think you messed up on first attacks. Also, to get E.Ryu, you need the same requirements, but without a Ultra/Super Finish on Seth.
