I have to admit, Capcom did a great job at remixing all the new themes. A very different approach to the rest of the cast. I noticed they used a lot more brass and synth lead than previous, which is almost never a bad thing.

Regarding her theme, I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned or noticed, but there's a very small remixed excerpt from the continue theme mixed into the song before the loop. It's not immediately obvious but to me I think that's really the only part I can think of that has any relation to a Final Fight theme.

You know what I find a little strange? That so many people complain about how sexually provocative the women are, like Poison, Cammy, Elena and Juri, yet nobody complains about the men being sexually provocative. You can't tell me that somebody attracted to men isn't turned on by some of the men in Street Fighter. Like Ryu, Ken, Sagat, and Zangief. The latter who for goodness sakes are nearly naked, and nobody complains that they're not wearing enough clothes. I don't know, I guess that's just the era we live in.

Don't forget about Chun Li :3 But yeah i agree. I don't really actually know why no one complains about the men in Street Fighter but i definitely understand what you mean. When it comes to sexually provocative, it is something that have become bigger through the years. You can look at a female character like Nami from One Piece that have turned in to this hot, sexy, sex bomb through the years. There was this one day where i played Dead or Alive 2 with my sister. I usually play with Zack and Kasumi. And i always picked Kasumi when i was fighting my sister since i knew how good she where her self when it comes to fighting games. But anyways, my sister complained about Kasumi because she have big ass breast's that bounce to the right and left when you just press one time forward, and wearing clothes where you can see her panties and so on, then i picked Ryu Hayabusa without his mask on. And my sister said "You know what, fuck Leon. I'm gonna play with Ryu he looks nice (In other words, she thinks he looks attractive). She have also only played mostly with Lee Chaolan in Tekken which she also thinks looks good. But i think the reason why we mostly only hear complains about how the girls (honestly) looks freaking sexy, hot or looks like a "sex machine" like Poison, is most likely because more men are in to games. OF COURSE, there are also alot of women that play games. But since everyone knows that there are alot of men playing games, you can totally see the game developers puts a "little more work" in to how the girls are gonna look in the games than the men. Is also like that in anime and other stuff. I'm not saying they are not doing the same with men in games, but we all know that little line. Fanservice and sex sells.

And then again, no body complains about the men. But like i said, sex sells.

Swerto That's not really true. She was given the transgender designation by Capcom shortly _after_ her creation, but originally she was intended to be genetically female. Capcom has since rescinded the assertion that she's one or the other in favor of a "she's whatever you want her to be" stance in order to please all fans involved. She's transgender. She's genetically female. She's both; she's whatever each individual fan wants her to be.

Mickey the Maniac Well, in video games, I really don't care. I was, more or less, making a joke. In real life, it's a personal code I live by not to hit a woman unless my life or the life of a loved one is threatened. It may not seem "equal", but it's how I choose to live.

megamarsonic That's cool. I'd argue that it is important for us to treat both genders equally even in positions where women receive the same ill treatment as man. The gravity of this is definately not as remarkable as how black people or women were (and in some cases still are) treated, but i still believe it is an important step for our social structure to pay close attention to gender equality and make sure we do not confuse being a "gentleman" with it. Think about it this way; with your statement the message also reads "i have no problem hitting a man, even if nobodies life is at stake". With all that said, in practice, a man is very unlikely to ever be in a disadvantageous situation when it comes to physical strength if im up against a woman, so my argument doesn't hold at all in that regard. All im saying is, can i at least assume that a female fighter in a videogame ican be as strong as a male one without having to be reminded that the world is sexist? Well actually technically poison isn't -- Shit i typed way too long again. Sorry to waste your time buddy! I totally understand and support your code.

Trevor Rushworth I've seen so many conversations on youtube going back and forth about how it's confirmed Poison's a "real woman" now. I haven't seen nor read any real proof about it, so to me Poison is still transgender/a newhalf. Makes her character and attitude even more interesting to me. About the touching without permission...well, I guess it's not just a woman thing. I know guys who don't like getting touched by strangers, so I tend to believe it's part of Poison's character. She provokes with her looks and how she moves, you can look but don't touch any of the goods without an invitation ;D
