I’m having trouble with trial 7. I’m pushing the buttons as fast as I can but the second crouching M punch won’t connect

To make it easier try splitting it into 2 parts: Jump Heavy kick and cr.heavy punch and Hadoken focus cancel. You can probably do the first part, but what I found to make part 2 easy is when you do the Hadoken and you focus cancel, once you see the yellow flash on Ryu, release the button(s) for the focus attack right away and it'll hit the opponent. In terms of timing, usually, you want to do a special cancel after connecting with the normal you are gonna cancel into; do the normal first, then make the shift to the special move depending on who you're playing as.

Trial 22 I find hard to connect the cr.lp after forward m.p any tips

It has a range. So potition ryu a bit away from dan. If you are too close sticky to dan cr.lp won't connect. But still it is a tricky link because bone breaker to cr.lp is one frame link.

it’s because of the spacing, doing the two crouch jabs, one crouch strong, and one crouch forward make the hadouken hit everrrr so later so that fadc into u2 hits
