The game is from 2017, I believe it has the most updated graphics for the street fighter 2 series, also featuring remixed sounds. In the game it is possible to choose the updated version or the old one, both for graphics and sounds.

Exatamente. Eu utilizo o emulador ryujinx que é bem fácil de configurar. Você só vai precisar das keys e firmware 18.0. O resto é bem intuitivo. E também tem alguns tutoriais espalhados pelo youtube que explicam bem como baixar e fazer a instalação.
