Got it on second step when i had 20k CC. Used 18k trying to get another and i didnt end up getting one more unfortunately. I spent like 22k cc on the goku black banner when it was last out to and didnt get one copy. Wish i saved those CC for vegito blue also.

Personally I’d say 8 but it’s not a u need to thsi demon is completely fine at 5 but I got mine to 14 and he does roughly 500k-1m per strike card
