ui sign VS vb in a 1v1 no equip no zenkai UVB might actually win, so you might think ui sign has the evade gauge which even if vb removes vanish on start ui could dodge everything, but like 3 blast or strike cards ui sign is out of gauge, if just uvb gets a PV with all that being said, uvb would just combo, pop his ult, and kill. Since ui sign COULD ONLY activate color neutral when a teammate die, ui sign is alone, he got no teammate, so uvb would get full color disadvantage with all the buffs, and the ult.
