@@1014p zeno wasn't appointed by anyone, he has existed for eons and ruled the multiverse. I don't think even in canon db it has been mentioned anywhere that zeno was appointed. Rest are appointed by him yes. And zeno being not in control of the super dragon balls is just him being not as strong. And my point on lucif was that he's not actually sympathizing with the saiyans he's just using them for his own purpose.

The focus on goku and vegeta is definotely by design, I don't that it so due to Arj running out of ideas. It's a steady progression, with higher and higher stakes. I can only speculate which direction the 3 battles are gonna take. So many curveballs can be thrown at us...and that's why this series is great. One might think it's predictable until it isn't 😅😅😅😅😅😅
