Greed. Plain and simple. The devs made a good Roblox game then realized "Oh our game is popular, we can make money" and added a system that ruined the game forever. Gamepasses weren't enough, so they decided to add a gacha system. And not JUST that, but they made it so you need to spend money to even keep the souls you get if you wanna use a different one. After the first soul update, every update since then has had souls and has been focused largely on souls. And grinding them for free is extremely hard since obviously you'll just get bad ones literally over 90% of the time, and even when you do get a decent or a good one, it's likely not gonna be the best one of them.

To be honest, I am not sure if they cannot understand probabilities or basic math but I can tell you for definite it is not 5%. Edit: Grabbed 7 saviors yet not a sign from the beast soul? Quite certain they need to add a couple zeros on that 5%, more like 0.05%.

Beast is 5% from a Zenkai, which is 1%, so 0.05% total. That’s also why Savior is listed as “94%” when that’d make it nearly guaranteed, you have the account for the Zenkai chance first.

But what you fail to acknowledge is that they have in fact made Souls the absolute priority of development for the game ever since they first dropped. Every single important update has introduced new souls, they've been advertised on the thumbnail and title, and right now the game is trying to hype up and encourage people to go after the new Beast soul with extremely high-quality (for Roblox standards I mean) animations and effects that will likely dominate the game's power system. The chances of getting this soul out of normal summons is 0.00005%. And btw this is a LIMITED edition special in question. So basically saying "Spend enough money to pay for your bills right now or you will never get this, no matter what". Even though you don't need souls to play Dragon Soul, to deny the significance of them is to justify bad game design. The developers have halted production of the main game IN FAVOR of their microtransaction-based gacha system. This also isn't even going over the fact that bosses continue to get harder and harder while the player utterly lags behind in terms of strength. You need a whole squad of high level people with top-tier souls to be able to beat some of the hardest bosses currently. Good luck trying to solo Broly on even Hard without using Savior or GoD, and you can forget about beating the second phase.

Are you on mobile or PC? Because on mobile there is a SOUL button on the left hand side above your joy stick. It has a percentage when you are charging and when fully charged it lights up. Also, make sure you CONSUME the soul. It won't work if you don't consume it.
