just throw a large amount of coins into the air, shoot one of the coins to make the coin chain happen, then spam the coin so fast that the chain isn't able to catch up. When you stop, the millions of coins in that coin chain will launch at the immortal enemy, and you don't even need a beefy pc for this medthod because the blood splash only happens once.

Extra help: once you spawn the enemy and the dual wield powerups, unequip the spawner arm. This will make it 1.5x faster due to the fresh weapon bonus.
