I used the CGCustomWaves mod to set the start wave to 1000

When you hit wave 25+ your glow pattern turns to a rainbow pattern. I also have my "Glow Intensity" set to 5x, you can change it in the cybergrind menu > Themes > Custom > Grid Glow.

In the cybergrind terminal under the "Glow" tab you can change the "Glow intensity", I have mine at 5x but it can go as high as 10x
