interesting how this is the only instance of Early Style Belial in Ultraman games, looks like it's scrapped during late development (judging from the fact his name is just "Belial" instead of "Kaiser Belial" like his skills) maybe at some point we were going to be able to play through his backstory?

yeah, originally he was going to be a boss (you can see the background of his icon is red) and Ultrafather maybe would be playable too to fight him, his character ID is also next to Armored Darkness which implied that we would fight him first before Kaiser Belial stage.

@@iorinorimaki3800 With cwcheat, yes. I used cheat to make him playable because it's easier to showcase his skill this way. There are also various ID between Ultra (playable) & Monsters (unplayable) ID which I think more characters were planned to be added but scrapped.

You can use CWCheat to search for address which replace party characters, since he was planned to be a boss character, there's no way to add him as playable character without cheat.
