Context for those who don't know, this Belial comes from a manga series, which is a continuation from on stage performance called "Darkness Heels" which is a group of Evil Giants comprised of Belial, Dark Zagi, Carmearra, Evil Tiga and Jugglus Juggler but their power reduced making them taking human form. In the manga series, a new female protagonist introduced called Lili (hence the name in the form) and apparently she's infatuated with Belial, unknown to both of them her mother once possessed by an ultra from M78 and her remaining power as a host passed down to Lili. Thus enabling her transform into Ultra Mode (some changed from her armor but her face still remains, unlike ultra beings), this small fraction of light however reminded Belial of the ultras, thus sparking deep hatred inside that allows him to transform temporarily. The form mentioned in the video is when Lili able to dissipate herself into light force and entet inside Belial (called Belial Space), thus granting him a power mixed of both light and darkness. How their relationship end ? Right before he leave the planet after defeating the enemies with her, she kissed him on the cheeks yet he didn't respond, thus leaving us with a hanging end.
