Are you saying you can't complete this phase? What I do at this 8:33 moment is press the triangle, square, circle and x buttons several times all at the same time. Do as fast as you can and you'll get the transformation note: Ultraman Legend is not saved on the memory card, if you are playing on an emulator you will have to save the game state so you don't have to do it all over again.
