I'm back with another Transformers Armada episode review! Today, we're taking a look at "Prehistory". This episode is part clip show, part retcon, and part new episode. Also, we obtain another member of the Air Defence Team. The Minicons that combine to for the Star Saber!

In the Japanese Continuity isn’t Armada Nebulously connected to the JP G1 continuity? I know JP TF loves to tie its continuity to G1. Also your the best Ultra, respect the grind for the early portion of Armada, can’t wait for the meat of the show. Wish you well 💚💚💚

Iirc everything in Japan is connected to G1. But tbh I only prefer Japanese G1 shows + Japanese Unicron "Trilogy".

Recap is cool. It has some cool Easter eggs from the g1. Also, the silhouette that Optimus Prime talking too was a script error.

Ultra, you missed a few cameos, aside from Hound, There's G1 Skyfire, G1 Crosshairs, G1 Red alert, Beachcomber, G1 Powerglide, G1 Smokescreen, G1 Slapdash/ Masterforce Land King and Victory Braver.

@@gracinnall9041 Did you live under a rock? you must have not heard about why Jetfire was named Skyfire in the G1 cartoon back in the day, two reasons, licensing issues and the fact that it was late into production when the production crew were re-recording the lines, Marvel Comics seemed to avoid that by giving the animation model seen in the cartoon the name Jetfire. Now forty, years later, Transformers '84 had Jetfire be named Skyfire for the sake of it because the series was a prequel to the Marvel Comics continuity despite it being published by IDW before they sold the rights. and honestly? you need to catch up with your knowledge about the whole topic of the Skyfire/Jetfire debate.

Here we are one year later, & still hadn’t uploaded the next episode. So far I really like this episode growing up. Rad thinking about what Athena(the Atlantean girl) was saying about the Mini-Cons being too dangerous for power. This made him to ask Optimus if it’s possible for them & the Decepticons to put aside their differences, since they’re both Transformers. Optimus explains how they Autobots are peacekeepers, while the Decepticons are conquerers. And how Hey-Wire & the other Mini-Cons were fighting to protect the universe from Megatron. And how they learn that the Mini-Cons are special Transformers with a special power.

In Armada theres probably no Thirtheen Primes or Dynasty of Primes that most other contiunities had. Mini-cons here were created by Unicron (Not sure about Dreamwave Armada).

I think you could technically be both based on their definitions but, being trans doesn’t automatically make you non binary. Non binary is gender outside of girl and boy, whereas, trans is someone who’s changed gender compared to the one assigned at birth.

9:48 Man BW Sonar is so ugly... At least, compared to other fembots (especially in Beast Era), even Nightscream looks more like a femboy (or femboy😳, btw In Japanese BW Airrazor is a male, and in Legends manga hes canonically crossdresser/femboybot😳). As transmetal, her toy doesnt even have mutant face gimmick. Despite this Armada Sonar/Shuttler is a male, at least in Dreamwave comics. I also hate the fact that IDW BW comics made Nyx, another BAT FEMBOT instead of giving Sonar some appreciation. Edit: Btw Ive seen your Beast Wars reviews (havent watched them YET), I wonder if you're gonna review BeAsT MachInEs?😳
