Sir plz also tell us the way to b sure about an artefact...like in the case of side lobe artefact of bladder or cyst how can we b sure that it's not soft tissue pathology but an artefact...TiA

Hello & thanks for watching -- try to change gain settings (use TGC- manual or digital), change the insonation angle, and move the focal point to the area of interest, and you will see that the artifact may disappear or reduce. You can also try changing patient position, and see if the artifact disappears
