This is a safety sign confirms caudal epidural administration when it is difficult to appreciate the location of the needle into the epidural space.

With anesthetic administration in pulses synchronously seen distention of the epidural space.

These signs are used when aid is not possible with a caudal block linear probe, the need for in-depth location in certain situations conditioned by the position or obesity.

Congrats! A good tip ! Thanks for your help. I used to ministrate epidural caudal in infants only with lost of resistance . I"ll try to do with ultrassonografy as soon is possible.
