Ultrasound of the Internal Jugular Vein

I have a thrombosis in jugular on right side, this thrombosis has appeared six months after a total thyroid surgery, the trombosis is blocking totally the bloody flux and xarelto was unable tu disolve it. Do you know another procedure wich can remove the trombosis ?

Dear omer Your vedios are extremely good ,plz can you make vedio how to get the best image, eg gain ,tgc ,reduce the noise ,angle adjustment, pulse way adjustment. Type of linear probe which one and when to use . Big thigh how to get vein image there. Regards Dr.safdar
