Other conditions that can mimic appendicitis include celiac disease Meckel's diverticulitis,, inflammatory diseases of the right upper abdomen (gallbladder disease, liver disease, or perforated duodenal ulcer), right-sided diverticulitis, ectopic pregnancy, and Crohn's disease.
