Wait, were you popping Wounding Shots _immediately_ following Vital Shot? That doesn't seem efficient, unless I'm seeing things right and you're waiting to get enemies clustered before Shrap Bomb.

I don't know the names but, ultraviolet makes your dots explode and lets you reapply dots on cull after doing it. I'm guessing wounding is cull tho idk.

Vital Shot = Corrosive Dart Shrap Bomb = Corrosive Grenade Wounding Shots = Cull It's difficult to make out with the video quality, but it seems like you're using _just_ Vital Shot which - if you're using Hemorrhaging Blast/Weakening Blast (w/ the Ultraviolet Blast tactical) - doesn't strike me as a particularly big burst spike.
