Thanks for these. I've played alot of Patriot so I have a few notes on this deck - 1) Patriot is a good "get right" deck. If I'm slumping or what I'm trying to play isn't working I go back to Patriot to get right. 2) People never expect the Doom or Ultron for some reason. You will almost always catch them by surprise with them. 3) You will never expect the Rogue play. 4) Make sure you play the Ultron or Debrii in the correct lane. I screwed that up alot when I started messing around with the Patriot deck. They will not summon in the lane that they are played in. Yeah it's easy to remember now, but in the heat of the game you'll mess that up. 5) You will run out of space pretty quickly. You might not be able to play Ultron on 6 or might not want to so plan accordingly. 6) If you drop a Misty, Wasp or Shocker too early they will know what you're doing. 7) Try and bait out the Killmonger. Destroy decks are all over the place. You should know by turn 2 if they're playing destroy. SG, Debrii are your bait. 8) Use cloning/copying locations to your advantage. That's when you can go ham with Patriot. Nobody will have enough answers for 2 Pats followed by 2 Kaz's.

I knew not to stack my buffer cards in the same lane, but I had a tendency to not spread out my Minions as much. My list also was EXACTLY your Example 5 but I have since changed over to your more oprltimized classic list. Much more consistent.

I got to infinite in one overnight pretty early in this season using a Patriot Ultron deck during Washington DC hot location. My favorite thing about it is that you can pretty much autopilot it and still gain decent cubes. Though I think the disadvantage is that this deck feels like the match's outcome is dependent on if your opponent can beat you or not, you don't "win" per se you're just letting the opponent lose, if that makes sense. Basically I think this is a kind of deck where if a bot played it there's not much difference between it and an actual player, although statswise it is a high winrate deck which is why you can still climb decently fast with it.

Whenever I have a bad streak with my other decks I default back to Patriot Ultron. I get so many wins, people somehow don't expect it (probably because it's quite off meta so people forget about it). You can win so many games by just playing Patriot, Mystique, Blue Marvel, Ultron and Wasp. Easy to play as long as you are good at dropping prio and having patience. Obviously depending a lot on drawing key cards on time, but still very consistent against most decks.

I had to put in cosmo for storm because in 99 out of 100 games i get enemys that have perfect counter cards like rogue or enchantress. Idk if I'm just super unlucky but as soon as i play on reveal everyone has cosmo and as soon as i swap to ongoing everyone has anti ongoing stuff ...

I used to use it but at my mmr I keep getting put up against enchantress and killmongers and somehow end up with priority turn 5 same with thanos there are a lot of decks that get countered hard for whatever reason with my standing. Mmr is pretty suspect right now. And when I do win, I didn't snap because I wasn't sure at all. But good guides, my man, like this content.

With invisible woman you can also play mistique into its first slot. As long as the last turn you played a buff card last it would be copied. It also functions so you don't need to play mistique as the next card after your buff card only needs to be next to the buff card in invisible. So it fixes your draw if you don't pull in order. .. as an example. You can play mistique first then patriot. Then if the last card you play is onslaught mistique will copy it and double the patriot. Just an example . Invisible woman has amazing potential and different tech you can do. This would be the same as in Dino. If you play mistique turn 3 behind invis.. then play Dino last turn of game mistique copies Dino. Obvious stuff. But if you don't own invisible you may not have had the chance to understand it.

I run a different kind of Patriot deck only because I just don't find Ultron exciting. Though I admit Pa-Tron deck is certainly more powerful than my Patriot deck. Therefore, I intentionally slip in a Killmonger just in case I run into Pa-Tron deck, because my Patriot deck don't focus on 1-cost card. On that note, I would recommend Pa-Tron deck to slip in a Ghost if possible to prevent Tron Drone from getting Killmongered. Also if possible slip in a Valkyrie as well. That card caught plenty of people by surprise.

so ive noticed with mysterio it seems like the base card also gets buffed by patriot so you end up spending 2 energy for 8 power spread out if you have patriot out. idk if it’s it’s a bug but its definitely very strong

It sounds counter intuitive to drop doom out of this mix but I’m telling you I had more wins with Onslaught in his place than not. Espesh if you run into 6 cards cost 1 less. It’s a beautiful thing.

Cosmo would protect your Patriot lane. Be careful not to forget to play Mystique OUTSIDE of Cosmo lane though. I can't count the number of times I forgot about it. But the problem with Cosmo though, it's so difficult to find which turn to put her in because there's so many crucial 3-cost needed to play.

Most people will drop a cosmo on Invisible Woman. So you can't Mystique your Patriot or use ulton from behind Invisible Woman. So It's better to just play a normal curve, and using wave also helps your opponent to use a high card early.

Hmm. Well without Ultron you have to index way more on early game summons so that your onslaught and doctor doom do all the work. So adding mysterio mister dubstep helps bridge the gap.

My Patriot, Surfer and Ultron deck has got me to Infinite in the last 2 seasons. I changed it abit for this season by dropping Onslaught for Hulk to have that big single power when needed. And added Shang chi as a tech option. It's my most boring deck to use, but it's got the job done in the last 2 seasons.

i have more experience playing ultron patriot than any other archetype, and i had given up on it, but this video and the lack of enchantress in this meta inspired me to make a new deck i gained about 30+ cubes in a matter of an hour without snapping a single time, only losing 3 games. people love to snap on this deck because they assume you won’t be able to catch up to their power the lineup im running is with the intent of not revealing you’re playing patriot if possible so i have removed all cards without abilities besides wasp for turn 6 and there is no board flooding early game due to that strat being clunky and susceptible to killmonger in my opinion. the deck is as follows: wasp, yondu (for scouting and disrupt, also makes them think you’re running deathwave), invisible woman (to hide patriot), mystique, patriot, storm, wong, kazar, blue marvel, doctor doom, ultron, and america chavez a strat that won me several games was invisible woman, wong, mystique, and doctor doom in one location, and a lot of people don’t see it coming and i’m surprised i’ve never seen someone try it out. you essentially create a better base ultron by filling each other location with 4 doom bots. doom also tends to beat a turn 6 aero as well. sorry that was a lot, but i hope this list helps some people out! i find the standard patriot decks to be extremely predictable and ineffective at high CL (i’m currently above 3000 on the cusp on being pool 3 complete facing infinite players in every match at the diamond rank) side note: this deck does not really beat thanos or shuri, and those were the only decks i lost to in those 3 losses

I've played a lot of Patriot and I feel like the archetype is just too weak right now to contest with all the other Meta and Top tier decks like DeathWave, Shuri, Thanos, etc. Just seems to come in slightly underpowered each game. Maybe I've just had bad luck with it, but it just doesn't seem strong enough to contend right now.

Was playing with Coulson against Destroyer deck and Coulson drop me a Super Skrull, which makes me go hmm... Since Destroyer deck uses plenty of Ongoing. Played Super Skrull middle on T4 then Mystique right on T5. But the opponent played Prof X on the left on T5 and suddenly we have 3 locked lane at once.
