One death battle I'd like to see (among the others I have already commented in videos... XD) is Amaterasu (Okami) vs Raiden (Mortal Kombat). Its mostly because I want to see a Japanese god fight and I can only think of Aang and Spyro for other opponents for Ammy and only Cole McGarth for Raiden so this would be a pretty cool battle. Honestly though my main thing is I really want to see Raiden in a modern Death Battle so I can see the power level he actually is because Death Battle is more scientific these days. I want to see how fast he can fly since his X-Ray has him flying into storm clouds to grab someone, I want to see how fast he reacts because he fights people who can react to his lightning blasts and automatic fire, I want to see his durability because he's fought other gods and godlike beings, many whom can tear people apart like tissue paper and send them flying with a punch, Fujin himself stating he feels like he could tear down a mountain after being healed. I love Mortal Kombat and I would like to see more characters from there in this but whenever I think of a Death Battle for one I can't really figure out their power level because any feat they do show is either not well animated or I don't know the significance of it like Raiden blowing up that castle in the Deception intro (which killed him).

Does anyone have any sort of idea on what the next two battles could be? I’m fairly certain that Galactus vs Unicron will be the season finale, but I am stumped on the next fight. They mentioned earlier this year that, after finishing the script for episode 102 (the next episode) that one of the combatants got a new form. This was back in late July, but I’m not aware of any characters gaining new forms around this time. Does anyone have any insight into this problem?

Galactus got a new form from what I recall. It was retconned that he was actually meant to stay in his hibernation chamber but when it was destroyed it messed up the process, causing him to require the energy of planets to sustain himself. In the Ultimates comic, the Ultimates force him back in the hibernation chamber, completing the process and turning him into the World Maker or something along those lines so Galactus as far as I am aware, is no longer a planet eater. He may also be at the peak of his powers since typically his power level depended on his hunger for planets but since he no longer has that, he should be at 100% and at that point I think he is universal in power level. At least twice I have heard feats of him almost destroying the universe in a fight, as normal Galactus.

Considering the recent Smash Ultimate World of Light trailer and the constant comparisons between Smash and the Avengers, a cool Death Battle idea could be the Avengers vs the original 8 Smash veterans (or the original 12 depending on who will fight on the Avenger's side). I say the original 8 or 12 is because if I remember correctly there aren't too many members of the Avengers. At the very least, if all current Smash fighter faught the Avengers I'm pretty sure the Smash characters would stomp since there's over 70 of them now.

SonofRiggnarok After going through some info about him, no he's not a virus but he's quite powerful. Over the years he's been portrayed as a Humanoid Alien or Cybernetic Construct but I believe it was during the 2008 Superman: Brainiac storyline he became a cyborg in a sense, yet can transfer his consciousness into other minds and drones he's created. As of New 52 and Rebirth, many of his past incarnations are canon due to this ability.
