You defs need a fly net hat! Ooops! Why they not tell you that when you arrived! (*Slaps my forhead😂) Gorgeous footage and great to see you enjoying the heart of Australia 🇦🇺 ❤️ Thank you for the upload. Great advice for visitors.. My daughter and her partner used the segway to circle the rock and said it was amazing. Great attempt & well done matey's, at traditional names Oo-la-roo & kat-a-joota! 🤲🏽🗝 People 💩'd and pee'd up on the rock as well as it being sacred & horrid fatalities there.. Haha camels pooping privilege only😂😂

Every summer gets the summer monsoon season and the lightning storms are fun to watch in Uluru Ayers Rock during the rainy season from November to March, and be careful to do any activity safe during thunderstorms 🌩️ because the lightning is one of the most powerful forces of nature exceeds over hundreds of millions of volts of electricity and there are so many of cloud to ground lightning strikes in the area in Uluru- Kata Tjuṯa in the outback sky in the Australia’s Northern Territory. Lightning storms are very beautiful but way too dangerous if you are not careful and do not go in the water to swim or go hiking in the high places when the lightning strikes more than once. And also bring lots of water while you are hiking 🥾 in Uluru- Kata Tjuṯa in the Australia’s Red Centre. I loved to watch and see the summer lightning storms are very spectacular in the summer sky in Uluru Ayers Rock.

We visited in the peak of summer and actually didn't see any lighting or thunderstorms! It was full sun every day, all day. But that's so wild! Thank you for sharing!! 1000% agree about bringing and drinking LOTS of water. It's so easy to get dehydrated in Uluru!

@@thewildlylifeBut their summer is December through February, you said you visited in July? That’s their winter month

@@luxurytravel759 We visited during January!

@@thewildlylife Did you find it too hot and humid in January? We are going in January too and couldn’t make up my mind if it’s worth visiting there during that time, I can’t stand heat and I can’t stand flies, am wondering if it’s going to be a torture for me. I’ve heard people say the best time is in their winter or spring. But I’m there in the middle of Australia’s summer and don’t know if I can handle it
@thewildlylife6 ай бұрын
@@luxurytravel759if you’re able, I think spring or winter would be better! The flies were honestly soooo horrible (but we learned they’re seasonal) and it was definitely HOT. We only explored during sunrise and sunset (per local recommendations and sign postings). If we go again we think we’d visit not in summer. Hope that helps!

It is actually called Ayers’ Rock.
@thewildlylife10 ай бұрын
Yes, we know. Uluru is the place where Ayers Rock is. We mention it both in the video and the description. :)
@magdakee3 ай бұрын
@@thewildlylifethis is a point of contention. Calling the rock Ayers' Rock instead of Uluru makes it, at best, a conservative political statement.
