ULURU TRIP - FLINDERS RANGES - RAWNSLEY PARK STATION - MOTORHOME TRAVELS

We explored the Flinders Ranges in November 2023. Drop dead gorgeous part of the country. Loved the little towns around the Flinders.

When you hit the corrugation roads, lets some air out of your tyres on the motor home. It will ride over the ruts easier.

Great suggestion. We were not expecting the dirt road on the way into Rawnsley Park Station, well at least not as long and corrugated as it was. Thanks for the tip. Cheers.

FYI…Oorroroo is pronounced “Orror” as in horror “roo” 😊 We were obviously really lucky that we found the road in ok. Wow…I love the place. Can’t wait to get back We have a caravan. Coober Pedy is a really interesting place. What did you think?

Hi, there were so many lovely towns on the way up from Clare to the Flinders Ranges. We loved it at Rawnsley Park station as well, such a beautiful view each morning to wake up to. Coober Pedy is definitely interesting; we enjoyed it and were pleased we spent a few days there.
