@@manman-bq7mr MU's scout vehicle held up Japan's Tokai car from overtaking the Michigan car during the 2019 world race for about an hour. Their tactic cost Michigan only an hour in penalty time but their tactic was broadcasted for all to see. It's also documented in the Light Speed series on KZbin.
