Hmmm valid concerns tbh but maybe they could randomize the banners which would make the game different to the jp version in terms of banners. However QoL should be rolled out together or at least 1 month apart. My bigger concern is that cygames branch is in Cali which is the den of censorship happy clowns, so hopefully the jp main has the final say on decisions.

I learned to expect nothing but disappointment from JP game devs. My guess is that they will do bare minimum: release 1:1 the game as they did in Japan. I wish to be wrong because I dislike 'catch up' games.

They should go straight to JP or speed it up. Taimanin Xtacy failed because of how greedy the gacha system was and how far behind JP it was. No point spending money when you know a bunch of good units and alts were coming. It became a waste of time for everyone involved.

No. Taimanin RPGX failed because it worked NOTHING like JP. Weird ass VIP system, different rates of characters drops in events, bugged and broken interface. It was greedy, yes, but it has nothing to do with the game itself since prices were changed (on top of all other shenanigans) and it was invented by localization company.

My wallet can't handle rushed banners, not with all the horsegirls I'd like to have. And that's not even taking getting copies of key support cards into account which can be crucial to some builds. To get back on topic, if they release content slowly, I think it'll be better for youtubers that cover this content. And I don't mind waiting for characters and events; I played Girls Frontline, which was behind other servers by years.

I'm kinda okay with whatever they do theres pros and cons to everything. You either put it on the exact same patch as jp, and get overwhelmed by the mass amount of characters and things you missed and wonder how long it will be before anything gets re rolled. You can play the catch up game that will likely just make you skip most banners because of few rewards, unless they go the generous route and give you a crap ton of stuff for catch up. Then theres the 1.0 release that, and you'll be waiting forever for the event in the future. I think taking a hit in profit to catch it up might be the best but i dont actually know how much it costs to keep a game going. At the end of the day all I want to do is play the game cause the game looks fun.

I suspect they will speed up the banners, but I'd also prefer if they just launched the current JP version. If they did, they could re-run old banners alongside whatever banners are active in JP.

i played it until last month because my country got blocked by the game in dmm, its a game with no gameplay during the races because your gameplay is plan the training before the programed races, each run take like 10min when you know what are you doing, its a pvp focus game were you prepare your team of 3 girls for each type of race in the daily pvp and designated race in the champions meeting. I dont see the game being very popular in global but is a very fun game to stream because all the gamba and rng

Cygames should do the same thing they did with GBF: Players who play the JP version can hop over to English language Offer re-runs of old events. This gives current players a break and lets new players catch up Going the FGO route (which is 2 years behind JP) wont do as well for UmaMusume as its not as big as FGO name wise and is an older game.

Gbf did it 2 years later in 2016 for the eng translation. By the time uma musume gl is out it would've been close to 4 years. Them translating 4 years worth of content is a big copium.

I'm not interested in the game. its better to do the GBF route. having knowledge about what comes out when means players are just gonna not spend during certain points and will hurt the game's bottom line. some players will also just straight up leave yes they'll have to put in the effort if they want this to work. otherwise it'll just be a waste of time and money

i cannot wait to entertain myselft watching how they run run run in Permanent-AUTO (zero manual gameplay) and microomanage them in the Bond System talking with them and watching them standing there in their training rooms while i spam the screen with clicks like there was no tomorrow to SKIP the Bond chat as quick as possible, amazing GamePlay on steroids, i cannot WAIT!!!... yeah... i cannot... wait... so much fun, a game that can literally be played with 1 finger. outperforming CounterSide, NIKKE, BrownDust2 and Honkai Star Raid.

to be fair. 1 - there's not that much need to roll for characters aside from liking them - sure some of them slightly more meta, but it's not as important as having good support cards. Now cards is another beast entirely, and there is no single card that can cover everything. also as scenarios change - cards gets re rated as mechanics also change - so some card that op in one scenario can be totally useless in another one. an useles card can rise up only to get dropped later. so you can plan for 3.5 years later but it will only set you up for 1 scenario. and then magical cart can turn up a useless waste of space. so yea, this game doe not suffer as much from "saving syndrome" also you need and want resources right here and now to compete in monthly tournaments.
