May FREE ding healthcare sa US at County hospitals, Indian Health Affairs at Veterans Affairs in US. May FREE Medicaid insurance for low income, homeless and disabled. May FREE govt Medicare coverage for 65 and above seniors. I retired early debt-free in California and my cousin is 65 in BC, he cannot retire yet due to high cost of everything in Canada.

65 yung cousin mo hindi padin retired? Well di kasalanan ng canada un pre may mali sa cousin mo lol😂😂

@@Kantoboys-x3r Maybe. He arrived in 1998 sa Vancouver. He said he will retire soon, that he might sell his house and retire for good sa Pinas dahil marami na raw umaalis sa Canada.
@paengguin93816 ай бұрын

yes its true. mas madali makabili ng bahay sa US lalo na sa mga nurses na malaki ang sweldo. ang maganda pa sa US, mortgage interest and property tax can be claimed against your income tax. advice sa pagbili ng bahay, always consider location, location, location. buy the worst house in the best community and not the best house in the worst community. you can always change the roof, walls, floor, etc of your house but you can never change your neighbors.

may tax implication kung i-keep mo ang PR sa Canada. as resident, by law you are suppose to file income tax for all your income worldwide. this is the same with US and Canada. make sure to talk to a professional. regarding naman sa child benefit, maron din ang US but not as cash. unlike sa Canada where child benefit is based on you income, sa US ay hindi. in US child care benefit is on your income tax deduction as dependent. the more kids you have, the more deduction on your income tax.. kahit gaano pa kalaki ang sweldo mo. i remember when i was still in US, for every child dependent i get $3000 tax deduction. that was decades ago. im pretty sure mas malaki na ngayon. in my case back then with my 2kids, plus the witholding tax. i usually get a lot of tax refunds ( more than my witholding). ang maganda pa is kung may mortgage ka. mortgage interest and property tax can be claimed sa income tax.

@@theresac.497 yes if you file an exit claim with CRA for tax puposes. otherwise you will have to file tax in Canada forever.

I totally agree with your guest’s narrative, that it’s safer in Canada than the US🇺🇸it’s always been that way...however, I disagree re his mention of guns!! M not touching that though …with a ten foot pole. If you want a safer haven here, you have to consider LOCATION LOCATION ! Demographics is also a key in finding a CRIB…. for your peace of mind.
