Absolutely amazing episode. Umar has the highest level of self awareness and control over his emotions that i have personally ever seen from anyone. He analyzes every action in such detail. My takeaway on this was what he said about identifying your problem and working towards it, we are mostly focused on the P/L and don't try to improve on the little things we can do better. I think if we focus on inculcating the good habits in trading the money will take care of itself.
