Hello Rune and thanks for showing us that great iconic submachine gun again. I’d really like to own one in full auto but in the UK 4.5mm FA is illegal. We have to make do with 6mm Airsoft full auto.

Hey Rune Rebel, what a great modification. Thanks for showing this. Unfortunately on this gun the mod to select between semi auto and full auto can't be done. But what about the Umarex M1A1 Thompson? The original had semi auto and full auto function. The internal mechanism looks similar to the Umarex MP40, but I suspect that removing those parts like you did, it would disable the semi auto function. Just my thoughts on a Friday night. Thank you for all the effort you put into making your videos. I wish you a pleasant and joyful Christmas.

Thanks my friend. Not sure how the Thompson M1A1 looks inside. I had the fullauto version that also shot in semiauto, but never opened it up. I guess it looks the same inside but if its possible to make it shoot in both semi and fullauto I dont know. Merry Christmas my friend 😃

Hi. I did this exact mod back in 2017, but I sold it. Today I got hold of a new semiauto version and wanted to make another video how I mod it. The MP40 lasts a long time. My old one that I sold I have shot over 5000 BBs with it. So its a strong mecanism. Greetings from Norway 😃
