The reason to move dubai is not tax it is for forex trading.not tax in india so many people do trading.so many HNI do trading why are they not moving dubai.and bhale dubai me tax nahi dena padta but dubai is most expensive city hai.yah pe karcha mumbai se zyada hai. You said you get tax exemption butni have a doubt regarding that. To my knowledge you are trading in indian stock market and your demat account will be linked to your indian bank account and any income sources from india no matter where ever you stay will be taxable right?
