Unboxing Umbraco 15

If I haven't yet started using Umbraco CMS and I'm coming to the party new, should I wait for future version release? or can I start with v15 and just upgrade in the future? how easy will it be to upgrade?

you can start the version and then you can upgrade to latest version.
