After he made his own game and released it exclusively on PS, he was interviewed and asked why wasn't it releasing on Xbox to which he said "cause I hate Xbox", honestly I don't see Microsoft hiring him back after saying something like that. Also the game flopped super hard so his record after Gears isn't impeccable.
