Always great to watch these but SO much crowd noise makes it SO hard to watch the e tire show. I wonder if there isn’t a way to get better sound by putting some mics up front along the sidelines.

you will be able to hear much better if you come watch the band practice on elbel field 4 hours before the game starts, they run through the whole thing!

I agree. There needs to be mics to hear it. I have season tix and sit in the same end zone as student section but opposite corner, it just sounds muffled and then you hear a random big drum. I always laugh when the PA Anouncer says some corny line about what they are playing and then you can't hear it. Me: oh that was supposed to be Beyonce? There needs to be mics like there are that pipe the sound when they are sitting in the student section. Ps, on that note, I wonder how much of a decibel boost the sound system gives the overall crowd noise when it's picking up basically the student section screaming when we are on defense.
