I think that's normal. I got two Umidigi devices that use that same charger and the chargers both get hot while charging. I have a Umidigi G3 and the G2 tab. Does your device still work? The charger didn't blow up?

No it won't be stuck on bootloader just let the device load up for 10 minutes and reset it then try logging in again after it finishes loading the apps
