Which is boiling your water in a pot and then putting your chocolate in a bowl and put it over the water. Your bowl should be the same size or bigger as your pot so it doesn't fall inside the pot.

Tumi, you can melt the chocolate by adding it in a small bowl then add boiling water to the other bowl (it can be bigger) then you place your chocolate bowl on top of the other one until it has melted to your liking.😊
