This University (UQU) is having a little bit strict rules for accepting students in master and phd degrees, like as it declares that the students should have taken their bachelor degree from one of the universities in KSA. You can apply for other universities in the kingdom like King Abdul Aziz university, Imam university, king saud and etc which the above rule is not applicable for them. Simply you need to have a passport, IELTS/TOEFL Certificate, bachelor/master degree diploma, a reference letter plus some tiny stuffs which you can learn more about them via their online portals.
