am microchipped, its telepathic. My county is corrupted to hide the conspiracies perpetrated onto me. I am seemingly being framed for things nobody will discuss w me. People creep around my property at night stirring up dogs at any hour. They signal w toy sirens when I walk outside my house to smoke. The aim proximity lights at my porch w sensitivity set to reach 150 ft (100 ft outside their property). Someone came into my house while shopping last night. They hacked all my devices. Someone please help. I'm in south st. Louis County. The chip is real, it literally transmits sound of my thoughts to their end. It also shows them the visual depictions of photographic thought processes. My eyes act as cameras. The neighbor has taunted me with "we have u surrounded". Seemingly implying that all bordering neighbors are conspiring on me. They're framing everything on me. 100 pct framework!
