​@@sohamsingha7407Umran needs to play test match and indian team should tell him that you can play ipl but you need to be able to perform in test as you will be our longer format bowler. Wasim akram,waqar both used to bowl 200-30/ overs a month and imran khan used to give them overs just before the day or lunch and then used to ask them to bowl even faster. If you try to bowl fast when your body is tired, that's when you speed and length both improves. The legendary two W's always say the best bowlers are the ones who perform in red ball cricket. As thats where real cricket is played as it needs stamina.

Same logic applies to batters in odi and t20? You should understand that the three formats are completely different. Virat Kohli is a player who can play with a similar mindset in three formats. But rishabh pant, for example. He gets enough time to settle in test match and can play 2-3 T20 innings in a test match. Also if Surya Kumar yadav plays at 210 strike rate in T20, doesn't mean he will play at same pace in test innings. Similarly the bowling standards change for test or odi or T20.
