For non igbos. Ogo Amaka means it's to be good. This song is simply saying that you should be good to people because you don't know what tomorrow holds as they may be in a position to help you tomorrow. It chronicles the story of his/their friend who came from a very poor family and needed his help to travel out of the country for greener pastures but lacked the needed funds, he/they gave him the needed financial assistance as well as psychological support and he eventually travelled, worked for a couple of years and came back successful. This friend rewarded them for his/their ogo(good deeds) which helped him in his quest to become successful and repaid this ogo(good deed) in folds. I hope this helps, cheers!

I always wondered how such igbo music sounds I the ears of a say a Yoruba person who is raised to love heavy percussion music. By the way my favourites Yoruba songs remain Haruna Ishola "Soyoyo" and the complete Ace album by Shna Peterrs
