OUK never built this road. I am from Abiriba, so this road leads to my village. He NEVER built this roads. He only did a maintenance on badly damaged portions, particularly along Uzuakoli to Akara junction

i simply dont know why Abia and Anambra like single lane. under soludo, he is trying to dualize several single lanes to double, while Otti is retaining the single lanes. in Aba, its 5 roads that are double lane, in umuahia its about 6.
