I agree with you man. Chris's Morrigan is something different to see. Plus I also say it shows how versatile he is being able to us different characters. I was upset about him loosing but it just shows that that team can be defeated. And like you said, if people stop complaining about how much of a troll he is and just be more patience, they might beat that team and maybe he"ll switch up.

1. Buster cancel allows him to stop whatever he's doing and fire a projectile that can easily be followed up with a combo into death on hit. 2. Allowing lighting to cross up in the corner allows for nearly unseeable 50/50 mixups. 3. ANY stray hit from him can equal death. Doesn't even need lightning loops to kill in one combo. 4. His jumping Heavy. Hits all around him. Zero is the best and cheapest character in the game by far. Besides, cheap isn't a bad thing. Don't act like it is.

I'm not crazy about Chris G's methods of playing that Morrigan/Doom team but I love watching people try to outsmart him however; I didn't think PZ Mihe's tactic with Zero was any better, it's just a cheesy corner loop. The sick thing was catching all 3 of Chris G's players with it. Highlight of FR XV, Ageojoe beating Phillipino Champ's Dark Phoenix with Rocket Racoon twice! Classic!

he uses L. when he does the lightning down he holds M or H. you can switch which button you use for the buster without zero firing it.

You do bring up a good point... I respect that. But still, he is able to do good mix-ups, fairly good combos and what not... I use him for his all-around usability, not exactly for the damage. I got Frank to get the damage for me, since Dante's Million Dollars lasts forever. ...What about Ammy? I'm an Amaterasu user and I'm surprised there aren't many in the tournament... I think it was just MarlinPie and LLND (Where has he been?). She's got some pretty good usability and damaging combos...

Sure maybe in vanilla he was top 5. Meanwhile, in Ultimate, his easy damage has dropped 300k, and hitstun and damage scaling hits him severely. Dante may look like he is still a beast, but watch the healthbars when he's in a combo. He tickles now, until he breaks out million dollars. In Ultimate, Zero, Wesker, Spencer, and Doom all get buffs. Their easy damage has actually been increased significantly. Dante was one of the few good yet not broken Vanilla chars to get nerfed, and it hurt him.

Its not that. Its just that Chris used to bring so much hype cause of his sick Ryu combos. Then UMVC3 came out and he made Firebrand look like a new version of Wolverine. Then he found this zoning tech and made it look impossible to beat. He used to do this just trolling, but now he uses it seriously. I wish he would just go back to Firebrand Hawkeye Ryu. Chris G used to be my favorite player ever since vanilla cause of his Ryu combos that nobody had ever seen before.
