And furthermore, anyone criticizing a top player's team should consider why they themselves are not top players. Consider what it takes to win over 90% of your matches, public or casual. Then consider the fact that even so called "scrub" charachters take high execution to use at the highest levels. How many top players have terrible execution? Don't disrespect just because you yourself haven't attained what they have

As easy and braindead as doom is, marlinpie and rayray are still probably the only dooms who deserve an honourable mention. Face it, foot dive combo is bnb, you gotta know all your bnbs so they still use that technique... However whenever a doom player does something new or difficult it's usually marlin or rayray pulling it off or even attempting it, which not many players do... On top of that rayray could make any character have godlike movement

mag/doom/sent has a high skill cap, not easy to play that team optimally , it's no where near broken

You want to talk "high skill cap" Watch Rayray use his Ryu team. THAT takes skill, that takes talent the way he is able to extend Ryu combos using sent drones and blasts. Using Mag and Doom is baby stuff.

No, it doesn't. It takes two buttons and about five minutes of practice. It's precisely why Doom is the most used character in tournaments because he is incredibly stupid easy to use and absurdly overpowered. Besides Rayray's doom is run of the mill, Marlinpie is the guy who can really do crazy stuff with him. Sentinel, yes, but Mag and Doom is basically playing the game on easy mode. Absurdly high damage/meter combos involving two button repetition combined with excessive mobility. Scrub team.

Two button reps? You're aware the game only uses six buttons right? If that's you're whole arguement against a team, you should be ashamed. Besides, if two buttons was really the case, then it'd be easy to beat a two button team, you only have two attacks to worry about

Damage falls off the longer the combo gets. A lot of this stuff is extremely hard to pull off and requires near perfect inputs from the players to perform.
