Had the blues lately. You have no idea how great it is watching the Petrincic Bros defy the cold ( just like it is here in New Hampshire USA today) to enjoy "the RC planes." I have a training and will be putting it together -- thanks for sharing so much joy despite cold fingers.

Another fantastic video! One of my favorite little airplanes, I was lucky enough to have bought two before they quit building these. Hopefully they bring it back, so more people can enjoy these. 'Sweet Child Of Mine' is a great choice for a ringtone, one of the finest ostinato guitar riffs in the history of Rock & Roll. This Gee Bee looks so sweet also, with its chunky fuselage etc you can imagine a P41 Thunderbolt working well in this configuration. Beautiful and sexi flying and filming and I'm so glad the plane survived the old glue. You can have fun renewing it I'm sure! A classic Petrincic Bros start to 2024. LMAO! I had the same trouble with safe. I just acquired 5 of these UMX safe equipped models. All 5 of them, I could not get safe to work. I did the “safe enable/disable function” a few times with each one before it finally became active. It’s in there, you just need to keep hunting for it 😅 Good times!…happy new year!

IF it's the original version, (2s only), there's no 'safe'. Original 1st Gen umx's only has as3x. Before safe, all the 1st run/Gen 1 rx's only stabilization was as3x. Besides, as long as yall been flying, like me u don't need a gyro!

I picked up a umx beast (biplane). It desperately needed 3s! That's the 2nd Gen umx (I believe) that came out circa the 2s umx turbo timber.

Safe Select doesn't kick in after power up until there's been at least 40% throttle up first.
