That "yeah boy" or more like "yeah, boyeeeeee!" is iconic. First introduced by Flavor Flav with Public Enemy back in the late 80's/early 90's. It is a staple in hip-hop history. So to hear Mark doing it in this song in the K-pop genre is so cool and iconic in its own right.

I love how Baggy Jeans allows Doyoung's lower voice to shine. It's not that often for him to utilize his lower voice in NCT songs, hence I appreciate this song a bit more. Not to mention, he sounds insanely good, as always! As expected from our main vocalist and my absolute favourite singer, Kim Doyoung 💕

Seeing as they didn’t show clips of it, I think it will be released/still on the cards for later use. They clearly paid for the rights to it so it’s their property, it wouldn’t make sense not to release it or at least sell it to another artist

I really love how doyoung pointed out that there’s no need to force the “neo essence” into this particular song and just the line up would do the job. it goes a long way to show how they have also noticed the forceful nature of their recent music which isn’t necessarily bad but sometimes you just have to let it happen naturally. and doyoung directing mark for that ya boyyy part was everything. he’s a vocal genius and it shows. 💚

I'm glad knowing that they do recognize 'Baggy Jeans' doesn't have that same direction as 'The 7th Sense' because i have seen lots of people disappointed about that.
