Yes, it is, and I hope it lasts, but the HTS has governed over territory in Syria, so lifting sanctions before there's evidence they have changed their "ways" is very premature.

Then why don’t they leave Syria and go to Isreal? They didn’t care when Sunnis were being tortured, if they got an issue with a Sunni government (which is the majority of Syria by the way) they are more than welcome to leave. No one is stopping them.
