Не совсем. Глагол есть будет 食べる(taberu), а 食べた (tabeta) - это прошедшее время. То есть, правильнее будет перевести 【君の目食べた】(Kimi no Me Tabeta) как "Я съела твои глаза" (Хотя в японском нет множественного числа у существительных, и вариант "твой глаз" тоже не будет неправильным)
