I have tried all solutions, none work. I no longer have a red/green (reject/answer) buttons. they are now red and brown. Brown???

Has your phone been dropped or dropped into water? Has your phone ever been replaced the touch screen?

Do u know how to fix this? I powered off my phone then power on it again then the samsung galaxy screen is still on after 1 houd
