@Q10 In case the branch condition prohibits further updates to PC, i.e. no branch occurs, and if the instruction size happens to be 110 as well, wouldn't Option C also be possible? (since there's no information regarding the size of an instruction in the problem statement)

In question 1, there are 2^m 'Bytes' of memory which means the number of bits should be m+3 and not m? because 2^mB = (2^m)*(2^3) bits = m+3 bits required to represent one address?
