Why vapor pressure and saturation pressure same?

Vapour pressure , pressure cooker में कैसे काम करता है। जब atmospheric pressure=vapour pressure हो तो total pressure तो बहुत ज्यादा होगा तो फिर पानी 100℃ पर कैसे boil होता हैं

Mr. Himashu cooker pressure mein hum kyunki vessel close rakhte hain toh aur usper weight use karte hain jise seeti bhi kehte hain usse kya hota hai ki internal pressure greater than atmospheric pressure ho jata hai and water boils only when vapour pressure becomes atmospheric pressure but in this case the atmospheric pressure in the pressure inside vessel lekin wo actually mein 1 atm se zyada hai thats why khana acche se pak jata hai because now water will boil at a higher temp.
