When we thought about our india ,a great nation with great diversity in a nutshell( unity in diversity). in world inidia is termed as a great nation with largest democracy, thanks to our constitutional fathers to make such constitution which is giving us a healthy and wonderful life . when we think about our elections. we feel proud to be a citizen of india because we are voting in the worlds largest democracy . we elect our representatives for our betterment like in education , sports ,development our society and also standard of living.but sometimes our representatives show their greedy nature towards their own prosperity ..they disobey the votes , self confidence , trust of citizens and making the term (aaya ram and gaya ram). due to this our govt of india made a C.A in 1985 (52nd amendment) termed as ANTI DEFICATION LAW . to maintain the value of votes... but now this creates a new conscience against democracy ..because it becomes not a bottleneck of personal shatter but also becomes a collective shatter ...lets talk about some reasons regards this salvo . 1.The parties think about their consciences,didnt think about peoples .. 2.The parties always bind and consolidate their decisions and power on their members . 3.The parties always pressurize their members to vote in party consensus .. disobeying their members consciences 4.but always parties were not wrong ..but their members think their own profit ..so they rebelled their parties in a huge number to disbalance govt .and disobeys the mandate and forms their own govt and fufills their greeds After seeing this type of demographics in politics, the other members also think about this and performed same political game ..due to this in contemporary time it becomes not a personal shatter but it becomes a collective shatter thanks sir ..please review this answer and gives me feedback...

Ans -: Dal pariwartan kanoon kya hai -: Dal pariwartan kanoom samvidhan ke nirman ke samay nhi banaya gaya tha ise baad me maujooda halat ko dekhte hue 52th samvidhan sansodhan ke tahat 1985 me banaya gaya tha aur ise samvidhan ki 10th Anusuchi me Rakha gaya hai is kanoon me ek point ye bhi diya gaya hai ki agar kisi party ke 1/3 member party ko chhod dete hai to wo Ayogya nhi Ho sakte aur wo kisi dusri party me vilay kar sakte hai isse ye maloom hota hai ki dal pariwartan kanoon samoohik toot me badal gaya hai
